Coco is a three-year, female, brown/cream Shih Tzu weighing approximately eleven pounds. Coco was used as a breeder and then tossed out. She ended up with a bad rescue who adopted her out without spaying her and not communicating her issues to adopters. Once again, Coco was tossed aside and not wanted. UnderDog was contacted and asked to take Coco. Her adopters could not handle her and after speaking with them, it appears this is the pattern for Coco. The poor dog needs to find a home where someone will deal with her issues and work with her insecurity. Coco is extraordinarily sweet and tender. She never, never leaves your side. She wants to sit on your lap or on the arm of the chair beside you. She is completely house-trained and will let you know when she needs to go outside. She is a gorgeous Shih Tzu and very sweet. Her adoption fee is $200. All UnderDogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm checked, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. Our application process: FIRST, an application must be approved for adoption from our rescue. SECOND, we determine whether the dog that has been applied for is a "good match" for the household that wants to adopt him/her. We take into consideration the dog's activity level, compatibility with other members of the household (human and other pets), etc. If your application has been approved, but the dog you applied for is no longer available, please take the time and look over our adoptable dogs again.
