Meet Buffy. She is a Maltese and Poodle (Maltepoo) mix. She weighs 12 pounds. She is anywhere from under 1 years old to maybe 2. She was dumped by her owner and a wonderful woman, who almost hit her, picked her up, took her home, and then called Underdog Rescue. She had just recently been in heat and has never had puppies, so she cannot be very old. She was in excellent health, except her eyes were infection. She is very sweet and playful; soft and cuddly. She is house trained; crate trained, and currently uses a doggy door. She walks well on a leash. A very cute thing about her is she will only eat if you watch her. If you walk away, she will stop and wait until you come back, and then she will continue eating. She does not bark a lot unless she is playing. She is always smiling and ready to give you kisses. If you are looking for a sweet, playful, fun, happy, new best friend; she is your girl. She is good with other dogs and should be good with children. Her adoption fee is $300. All UnderDogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm checked, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. SECOND, we determine whether the dog that has been applied for is a "good match" for the household that wants to adopt him/her. We take into consideration the dog's activity level, compatibility with other members of the household (human and other pets), etc. If your application has been approved, but the dog you applied for is no longer available, please take the time and look over our adoptable dogs again.
